| here is a good recipe for flushing your liver / supporting your liver: |
- in a blender
- fresh organic lemon juice
- fresh organic orange juice
- fresh organic ginger — 1 or 2 or more 1 to 2 inch slices…
- olive oil — use raw olive oil like bariani’s or omega nutritionals — just pour a bunch into the blender
- fresh organic garlic — as much as you can stand like 2 to 5 cloves
- dash of organic cayenne pepper
just work with this recipe, there are many options…have fun and remember to rinse your mouth after drinking lemon juice due to the acidity not being great for the enamel on your teeth.
