Imagine a future where evolution has reshaped the respiratory system such that in order to survive one needs to ingest CO2 and expel O2!! It could formulate via a natural selective processes over the next millennia - as we turn our atmosphere over.  Or perhaps we create a symbiotic relationship with an algae or plant that lives in our respetory system – exchanging housing for CO2 conversion – on the spot air transfer! ha!
